Our focus is on revolutionizing and expanding the agricultural sector to bolster food security, promote healthy agro produce, and elevate the agric-value chain. Central to this effort is the training of youth corps members through the innovative Learn, Work, and Earn Initiative, empowering them to shape the future of agriculture.
We offer comprehensive hydroponics and soilless farm training, equipping participants with the necessary hydroponics and soilless skills that encompass nutrient management, pH control in hydroponic setups, crop selection, water management, and irrigation methods, and good agronomy practices. This initiative will foster the creation of a skilled network of agri-preneurs for sustainable agriculture, food security, food productivity, and employment creation.
Our specialized program provides in-depth training in livestock snail farming practices, ensuring LWEI participants gain expertise in sustainable and efficient snail farming methods, contributing to the growth of this sector.
With the resilient commitment to nurturing talents, we have successfully trained over 40 youth corps members and 40 youths in the community in agricultural practices, and we aim at increasing the number of participants to 2,000 corps members and 2000 youths within the community, on the long run, offering a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. By arming participants with the skills needed for success in agribusiness, we strive to fortify food security efforts and combat unemployment.
Harnessing the power of technology, we integrate cutting-edge tools to enhance and support the agricultural sector. Our training programs incorporate the latest advancements, including greenhouse technology tailored for optimal plant growth and nutrient distribution, empowering participants with modern agricultural practices.
Through the LWEI/SUSTAIN-AGE initiative, the farm aims at training the corps members and the young individuals irrespective of their educational background and qualifications. The participants will receive training in hydroponics/soilless farm training and livestock farm training.
This is a fully funded training where the participants get an opportunity to earn. The training will be backed up with rigorous mentoring and monitoring to ensure effective learning and mastery.
Our consultants are available for consultation in setting up farms, and management, for good agronomy practices, pest management, proper nutrients, and chemical application.

We currently sit on 18 acres of land containing 21 plant houses (greenhouses, net houses, and the open field section) with hydroponics systems – for growing various vegetable crops. The farm employs integrated pest management for the proper control of diseases. To ensure quality and healthy agro-produce, we employ rigorous monitoring of the degree of balling of our plants, and the inputs given to the plants.
