He transformed a 7-acre forest into an 18-acre integrated garden, trained over 60 NYSC corps members annually, and expanded operations through strategic partnerships. His commitment to excellence, sustainability, and collaborative leadership positions him as a key figure in the agricultural sector, reshaping industry standards and paving the way for continued success.

Aramide is a Human Resource Manager and an Agronomist by profession. She is a visionary business leader, marketing strategist, and sales manager with solid years of experience. She has a National Diploma in Agricultural Technology from Yaba College of Technology, B. Agric. From the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and an M. Agric degree.

Aramide worked as an assistant Lecturer at the Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan, and also as a Research Assistant with 54-gene Heritage Study in collaboration with University College Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State.

Aramide is embodied with some important skills such as quality and effective communication skills, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, customer and employee relation management, problem-solving, team collaboration, analytical skills, adaptability, market research, administrative skills, interviewing, and employee retention/staffing. 

She is currently the Human Resource Manager at Fuente Farm Limited, where she leads professional human management.

John is a passionate and experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in farm setup, technical issues, mechanical engineering, and agricultural consultancy. John graduated from the Songhai Farms and Agricultural Centre, Benin Republic.

With over 20 years of experience cultivating various crops, including Tomato, Cabbage, Lettuce, Carrot, Marrow, Beetroot, Sweet Corn, and Kale, John has developed a deep understanding of the agricultural industry. His extensive experience has equipped him with the skills to manage farms efficiently and effectively.

As a competent team trainer, John can seamlessly integrate into any farm team role, motivating and encouraging productivity and efficiency in the workforce. He is well-versed in the latest agrochemical products and modern farming techniques, ensuring that his knowledge is always up-to-date.

John's expertise and leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to any agricultural team. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving success in the agricultural industry. Whether it's setting up a new farm or optimizing existing operations, John is the ideal professional in such aspect.

Onuchukwu Victor is a seasoned expert in digital management, social media management, content production, graphic design, and a plant scientist from Rivers State University. With over 5 years of experience in media management, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing digital projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Victor's media management skills have resulted in significant follower growth, increased brand awareness and engagement, traffic, and Sales generation for various clients.
