Christian Onyeka, the Managing Director at Fuente Farm Limited, is a visionary leader with expertise in strategic business development, agricultural transformation, and technological innovation. 

He holds a Master's degree in International Business Management from the University of East London (UEL) and certifications in leadership and productivity from the Leadership Trust in Herefordshire, United Kingdom, Christian integrates academic insights with practical experience to drive success. 

He transformed a 7-acre forest into an 18-acre integrated garden, trained over 60 NYSC corps members annually, and expanded operations through strategic partnerships. His commitment to excellence, sustainability, and collaborative leadership positions him as a key figure in the agricultural sector, reshaping industry standards and paving the way for continued success.

Oghenerugba, Director at Fuente Farm, is an astute finance and investment professional with over seven years of experience spanning project finance, energy infrastructure development, investment management, sell-side equity research, and wealth advisory.

In her current role at Axxela, developer of the largest natural gas distribution network in Sub-Saharan Africa and a portfolio company of Helios Investment Partners & Sojitz Corporation, she works on strategic natural gas and power projects that have the potential for huge economic impact, driving the development from ideation through maturation.

Previously, she worked with CardinalStone Partners, a leading investment bank and multi-asset investment management firm, where she researched the financial market and public companies and published investment recommendations, developed and delivered bespoke investment solutions to meet the investment needs of the firm’s High Net-worth clientele, as well as supported deal origination, capital raising, and in-house deal advisory.

She has a B.Sc. in Economics (First Class Honours) from Covenant University, Nigeria and is also a CFA charter holder. Oghenerugba is passionate about food security, energy sustainability, and socio-economic development in Nigeria.

Ejemen Roluga is a visionary business leader with 13+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and enterprise development. Ejemen headed the capital markets desk at CardinalStone and led corporate finance roles in various industries in Nigeria. 

Ejemen Currently leads EAR on Demand Inc., facilitating over US$50 million in funding and M&A deals with global VCs, NEXIM, BOI, and local banks. Ejemen is the founder of Hoop Technologies Inc., a tech company, and past Facilitator of BIPOC Foundation's Finance Friday Program. 

Ejemen is the author of "Grant Writing," a guide for newbie business owners in Africa. Ejemen has a B.Sc in Accounting from Covenant University, a Certified Strategy Professional from the Canadian College of Leadership and Management, and a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. She was honored with inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in the World for 2023/2024 and she is currently a Director at Fuente Farm Limited.

Abiodun Oliyide is a Director at Fuente Farm Limited. He is also the MD/CEO and Co-Founder of Riverbank Partners Limited (a Pan-African digital banking platform) and a Co-Founder of Streamvest Limited. 

Abiodun served as the pioneer Managing Director at Griffin Finance Limited, a CBN-licensed subsidiary of Vetiva Capital Management Limited. He has demonstrable competencies in Treasury Management, Banking, Asset Management, Financial Markets, Risk Management, Corporate Strategy, FINTECH, and Business Transformation. 

Over the last 18 years, Abiodun has had an excellent career, starting with GTBank’s Treasury Group, where he led the bank's foreign currency balance sheet management desk with over $3bn in AUM as of 2008 and traded financial instruments and currencies, before moving to Vetiva to hold various pivotal roles, including Head of FI Dealing & Sales, Group Treasurer, and MD/CEO of Griffin Finance Limited over his 10-year stay.

 He has an MBA (Finance) from Queen Mary University of London and a BSc. Biochemistry from Ogun State University. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), holds ACI Dealing Certificate, and the Nigerian Treasury Dealership Certificate. Abiodun believes we can do anything if we put our minds to it.

Adesegun Okubule is a result-driven and ambitious professional with a proven track record in business development with over 16 years of experience in the Banking and Insurance Industry.

Adesegun is native of Ogun State. Adesegun has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry and a Master of Science Degree in Sales and Marketing from Rome Business School. Adesegun is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Adesegun started his professional career with Sovereign Trust Insurance PLC where he subsequently worked in the Finance Department. He subsequently worked with GT Bank, Access Bank, and Union Bank.

Adesegun is an expert in driving sales and growth plans, relationship management, identifying business opportunities, credit analysis, and implementing internal controls to ensure adherence to compliance while minimizing business risk.

Oladipupo Olabode is an expert in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Customer Service, and Operations Management across the Consulting, Banking, Fintech, and Manufacturing sectors. Oladipupo has 15 years of experience delivering value, solving complex business problems, and enhancing business outcomes in various industries. 

Oladipupo holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State, and a First-Class honour in Business Information Technology from the University of Greenwich, London. Oladipupo is a Director at Fuente Farm Limited, the Lead Operations Manager at Cummins West Africa Limited, and previously served as Business Analysis Leader in the Power Generation Business Unit. 

Oladipupo has certifications in Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate Business Intelligence Reporting, Microsoft Certified Trainer, and Project Management Professional. Oladipupo is a registered member of the British Computer Society London, the Project Management Institute USA, the Association of Project Managers, and the International Institute of Business Analysis.

Adeola Adebisi, Director at Fuente Farm Limited, is a seasoned finance and energy professional with ~14 years of experience in investment banking, energy infrastructure and public sector advisory across sub-Saharan Africa. 

She served as Special Adviser to Lagos State Commissioner for Energy & Mineral Resources, leading sustainable energy initiatives and worked with USAID Power Africa to develop Lagos' first strategic long-term electrification plan. 

Currently, she is CEO/Managing Partner at Octavian Alpha Ventures Limited, advising early-to-mid-stage companies in emerging markets, and serves as Finance Director for Women In Energy Network. Her previous roles include Business Opportunity Manager at Axxela Limited and Investment Banking Associate at Vetiva Capital Management Limited. 

Adeola is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), with B.Sc. Economics (University of Lagos) and Public Leadership Credential certificate (Harvard University). Adeola is passionate about socio-economic development in Africa and is an avid advocate for gender inclusion and UN SDGs, particularly Zero Hunger.

Olutade is a thoroughbred finance professional with over 12 years of cognate experience in Investment Banking, covering Equity & Debt Capital Markets, Financial Advisory/Mergers & Acquisitions, and Project Finance. Olutade has led advisory and capital-raising mandates for several blue-chip and emerging corporate institutions across diverse sectors of the Nigerian economy, as well as Government and Government institutions. 

Olutade started his Investment Banking career at the Investment Banking Division of Vetiva Capital Management Limited in 2011 as an Analyst, rising to Vice President with the Investment Banking team in 2022. Olutade is currently the Managing Director of Vetiva Advisory Services Limited, a leading pan-African-focused investment bank based out of Nigeria and a subsidiary of Vetiva Capital Management Limited. 

Olutade holds a BSc. Insurance degree (First Class) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria (2010) as well as a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA UK (2020).
